Meet Corinna Kelley

Co-owner, Chief Strategist Health Equity & Resiliency

Corinna Kelley is a highly experienced Public Health Consultant who has been working in the field for over 17 years. She is a prior service military veteran who has led diverse, cohesive and high performing teams. Using her expertise as a Military Resiliency Trainer, Corinna employed her skills to create a workforce development strategy that fosters readiness and resilience. This strategy aids organizational leaders in effectively implementing resilience techniques to cope with everyday stressors. The lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic have underscored the importance of enhancing our resilience, enabling us to adapt and prepare for unforeseen challenges and crises.

Corinna has a diverse background in various healthcare and social service sectors, where she has led organizations through strategic development and quality improvement processes. Currently, Corinna collaborates with local health departments, nonprofit agencies, and healthcare systems on a national level to enhance their capacity and provide support for community health improvement initiatives.

As a Public Health Consultant, Corinna excels in fostering relationships with clients and communities. She leads multi-sector approaches to establish sustainable goals and objectives that aim to enhance community outcomes. Corinna possesses exceptional skills as a facilitator and presenter, and she is adept at interpreting and utilizing data to effectively convey a community’s story.

Additionally, she contributes her knowledge and insights as a volunteer Public Health Site Visitor for the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB), an organization dedicated to accrediting public health departments to strengthen and transform public health infrastructure.

Corinna holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health Care Administration from the University of Arizona. Her qualifications, extensive experience, and commitment to public health make her a valuable asset in promoting community health and well-being.

Meet Curtis Kelley

Co-owner, Chief Consultant (DE&I)

Curtis Kelley is a highly decorated military veteran, entrepreneur, and experienced leader.  He served 20 years in the United Stated Air Force; 6 of those years were spent with tours in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Jordan leading diverse teams and training upwards of 600 personnel for convoy operations.  He’s received numerous awards and accolades; including the Bronze Star which is the fourth-highest ranking award a service member can receive for leadership and meritorious deeds performed in armed conflict.  This award signals sacrifice, bravery and honor while serving their country.

Curtis possesses an MA in Organizational Management, the United States Air Force Professional Manger Certificate for experience in education and leadership, the John Maxwell 360 Facilitator Certification, DDI Facilitator Certification, Globe Smart Certified, and has earned certificates from The University of South Florida in Cross-Cultural Leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace which allows him to teach DE&I in the workplace.

Continuing as a servant leader in the civilian sector, he’s served on various Business Resource Group boards for Fortune 500 companies and led community outreach initiatives to build relationships between organizations and community partners. Additionally, he’s served as advisor for Canadian DEI councils, disability accessibility work streams in an effort to increase organizations accessibility capabilities for disabled co-workers in partnership with Disability:IN.  He’s led an initiative to have Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day formally recognized as a paid holiday, and created a logistics center DEI programs for 15 facilities impacting approximately 6000 workers throughout the United States. Curtis is a DJ in his off-time, the host of The Culture Marauders Podcast and produces podcasts under The Culture Marauders LLC brand.
